This video is part of the course “Getting Started with the Rehabit Community,” and the lesson is called “Browsing Courses.” This lesson, as you can guess, is quite simply about looking at the courses inside the community. So let’s go have a look at the courses.

These are the eight courses that everyone has access to, at least in part, when you are admitted into the Rehabit community. They are a little out of order as it sits right now. I’d like this “Getting Started” to be first, so I’m just going to re-edit that later.

But starting at the start, “Getting Started,” where we are. Let’s say “start” one more time if we can, and we can start with the start because that’s where we start. Sorry for playing around with that. And that’s where we currently are, right? We’re in the “Getting Started” course. And so obviously, when you first land here, you need to sort of onboard into where am I? What’s going on here? What are all these menu items? What can I do here? What should I do first? You know, help me focus, help me understand, you know, the rules of the road here.

But the other courses here go in order of the flag. There’s a little bit of cleanup to do on the titling, and each of these courses that you find in here may or may not, at the time of you watching this video, actually have lessons in them. “Getting Started” until such time this video isn’t even in that “Getting Started” course anymore because we’ve updated it so far.

So if you’ve seen this video, you’re an early adopter, thank you so much for being here. So the flagship course, this is the one that our journals are based off of, our flagship meditations are built. Based off of that, the book, “The Three Habits,” is based off of obviously the course is based off of the book, and the webinar is based off of the book as well, the master class.

So “The Three Habits” is the flagship. The three habits are just briefly: the habit of realigning with an empowering vision of the future, to fall in love with your ideal reality, that you wish to have manifest in your life. Number two, to resolve to stay present in your current moment, in your current reality, in your conscious mind, in your environment, to check into where you are in your consciousness, in your awareness at any given moment. To set up your environment, to empower you, to be reminded about where you are in this embodiment of this future you, this new persona that you wish to embody. And finally, the third habit is to reframe experiences, especially traumatic ones, that seem to hold you back as empowering and meant for you by re-articulating, redrafting the scenes from those past experiences, even re-visualizing them with the aid of our vision project tools inside the community. So that’s “The Three Habits.”

Really quickly, I’ll touch on these other courses. “Build a New Habit” is a five-day challenge to actually just start thinking about, okay, what habit is really important to me, how can I establish a practice window or a routine around that habit, and go about setting up systems to make sure that habit comes to be in your life.

“The Three-Day Challenge” is where a lot of people come into the community through, and that is the three-day challenge to fall in love with your future. So again, the three habits are past, current, and future, but we actually start with the future first. We want to have an empowering, clear vision of our future. That’s what gets us up in the morning. That’s what really drives our energy and keeps us in tune. But we quickly want to check into our current reality and staying present with that vision and on point in that direction. It’s our North Star. So our current reality is crucial for that. And our current reality really works with our past reality in how it sets the paradigm of from which we are changing from into what we are changing into.

And so those three habits are crucial. The first habit being the future self is where we start there. And so there’ll be more courses to come that drill down on these different habits, but for now, if you want to learn about the overall methodology, the “Three Habits” course is where you’ll want to go.

If you want to jump into and quick-start your most crucial habit, the realign with your future self, that’s this three-day challenge. And then when you’re ready to really build out your habit practice, it’s this course here.

Now the last four courses in this second row are the worlds of influence. And if you look in one of our courses here, actually I don’t have a page. Yeah. In our community, we got the worlds. So you’ll see actually one of the worlds in our community is community. And this is built, these are built off of these concentric circles, this idea of the influences that we have in my life. It’s a stoic philosophy. And so if you want to change the world, our idea, our methodology is built on this stoic philosophy that you have to start with yourself.

So you have to rehab the world of yourself. And so when you create visions and you’re working on change, you always start with yourself. But we want to change how our self operates in these other groups that expand and get bigger as you go.

We all have a family, including friends and pets, you know, or one or two even, or a dozen sometimes. In this group, our most influential group and the most influencing, our ability to influence most dramatically as well. But the next group out is our community, includes our schools and our work. And the next group out is our planet. It includes our government, our organizations, and the ecosystem, and even beyond that, we could have more of these worlds included. In fact, there’s some in between here that you could articulate. But these are the four that we focus on because we think they encapsulate the most crucial visions that you might create.

Now, using the Visions tool and app, you’ll be able to create visions of the future about yourself initially. But once you’ve moved through that, we will encourage you to create visions of the future for how your family looks. And a vision for the future about how the community looks and operates. Adhering to the manifesto and the mission of Rehab, which is to project a gazillion positive images of the future that move us towards utopic potentials. Rather than towards dystopic nightmares that we tend to share with each other because we’re attracted to fear and fear sells in the popular culture and content spaces.

Alright, I digress. I’m going to quickly just say how the core courses work. So each course has a home page where you can see the lessons. Each lesson has a page on it which has details of the course itself including downloading any resources, marking it as complete, moving from lesson to lesson, seeing of the videos that are included, the transcripts that are included. Like I said, these aren’t fully complete, we’re pretty early, so check back to see the other available tools inside the courses.

And that’s all for now, thanks so much, bye-bye.
